About Parveen

Together, we can achieve amazing things.

I know what it’s like to juggle a demanding career, constant deadlines, and a never-ending to-do list—because I’ve been there. Before becoming a Nutritional Therapist, I spent over 20 years in the corporate world, working in financial services. My schedule was packed, my meals were rushed (or skipped), and stress felt like my permanent state of being. I exercised regularly, thinking that was enough to stay healthy, but my gut and energy levels told a different story.

It wasn’t until my daughter was born that I had my wake-up call. I realised that my health wasn’t something I could keep putting on the back burner. So, I turned to a nutritionist, and everything changed. I finally understood how food impacted my energy, mood, and overall wellbeing—and it wasn’t just about eating “healthy.” It was about eating right for me.

That experience inspired me to retrain and qualify as a Nutritional Therapist. Now, I help busy professionals like you—people who are ambitious and driven but struggling with gut issues, stress, anxiety, fatigue and sleep. Through a functional medicine approach, I get to the root cause of your symptoms so you can feel your best, not just push through the day.

If you’re ready to take back control of your health and feel like you again, let’s chat.

Finding the right balance.

I don’t believe in extreme restrictions or giving up everything you love. True health isn’t about perfection—it’s about balance and understanding what your body actually needs.

We’re all different. What works for one person might not work for another. That’s why my approach is completely personalised. I take the time to understand you—your lifestyle, your challenges, and your unique nutritional needs. Using the latest functional medicine insights and testing, I help you uncover the foods that fuel your body and the ones that might be holding you back.

Like many, I’ve tried my fair share of faddy diets in the past (haven’t we all?). But I quickly learned that restrictive eating and quick fixes never work long term. Instead, my naturopathic approach focuses on getting to the root cause of your symptoms—whether it’s gut issues, stress, anxiety, or fatigue—so we can make sustainable changes to your diet and lifestyle that actually work for you.

If you're ready to stop guessing and start feeling better, let’s work together to create a plan that fits your life—not the other way around.

What Is a Nutritionist & Nutritional Therapy?

“We take a holistic approach, creating personalised plans for each individual”

There are many ways to explain what nutritional therapy is. In its simplistic form it is a mixture of nutritional and functional science applied in a personal way across both diet and lifestyle with the aim of enhancing a person’s health and wellbeing.

At the core of what it is trying to achieve is to help people understand how and why an illness occurs, help people regain health and wellbeing by focusing on the root cause of the disease.  As a practitioner we take a holistic approach and create personalised plans as all causes and outcomes will be very different for each individual.

Nutritional therapy and nutritionists treat everyone as an individual and ensures that each person gets a personalised approach to their health.
